We accept all major Credit Cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express as well as Debit cards.
Go to the Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of you order status you wish to review.
Contact us immediately at info@designerpursenality.com. If your item has shipped, we may be able to contact the carrier to have the order re-routed back to us. The customer is liable for shipping cost.
Orders placed before 11:00 am will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am will be processed the following business day.
Orders ship out within (2) business days from processing, if item is not on back-order status. We ship orders by "United States Postal Service" Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs is based on weight and distance. Actual shipping cost is displayed during the check out process. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Log into DesignerPursenality.com. Click on "My Accounts". From the Account page, email a request for a Return Authorization (RA# ). Once request is reviewed we will issue a RA# number to include with the return. Returns submitted without the RA# included, will not be processed. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as received.
